Studio Visit: Randall Robinson

On July 26th I visited Randall Robinson with my friend Ljubica. It was a very hot day, Cathy welcomed us with iced tea and we had a wonderful visit.

Randall did a lot of watercolours this year. He really loves what he does and the public responds likewise.

Randall took the time to discuss his technique. This year he painted about 50 new ones for Route des Arts.

During the winter Randall also makes beautiful wooden boxes.

Just loved this one of Calumet Main Street. Had to photograph it in an angle to avoid the glass reflections.

Randall's paintings and one fantastic portrait done by Erin, which she brought in to show me. Randall is very proud of his daughter's talent.
