The ladies with the garden they planted in front of City Hall for the 150th anniversary.

The group meets every Monday at 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. This club has been in existence for over 25 years. They meet to work together on knitting, crochet embroidery and other crafts. Ellie Holland usually bakes delicious cakes and coffee is served with them. What a lovely idea. This time Eileen Kerr also brought a poetry book by Silverstein and enchanted us with some readings. Thank you for inviting me to join. My guest Hisae and I enjoyed doing our crafts with you.

These ladies also belong to the Red Hat group of Mille Isles, who have monthly outings dressed in Red Hats and purple clothes. More to come about their activities.

Hisae set out to make a decorative piece from felt.

Eileen Kerr made little purple mice with red hats. She came ready with many lovely red hats she sews.
