Lucile at her easel.  She paints with acrylic and adds oil paint over it.

Lucille's passion is to record Lachute historical buildings.  She works with archival photographs which she brings back to life, paying attention to light.

These are two paintings she was working on when I visited.

A group of paintings in progress, of Lachute past buildings, the top one is the previous Colonial Restaurant.

Sometimes Lucille makes paintings that come from within.

Some paintings depict dream-like scenes.
